Thursday, 17 December, 2020

On Monday morning the Kingdom of Eswatini woke up to the devastating news of the sad and untimely passing away of His Excellency the Right Honourable Prime Minister Mr Ambrose Mandvulo Dlamini

The Main Committee, Management and Staff of Tibiyo Taka Ngwane wish to convey heartfelt condolences to His Majesty Ingwenyama and Her Majesty Indlovukazi who lost a trusted and loyal captain, a humble and patriotic servant. Tibiyo sends prayers and thoughts to the nation of Eswatini and pray that the Almighty God be with this great nation during this difficult time.

The organisation conveys its condolences to his wife, children and his entire family, who have lost a son, brother, husband and father. We also pray for cabinet ministers, friends, colleagues and the entire Government, which His Excellency led until the end of his life.

The nation has indeed lost a young, sharp, visionary and intellectually-sound leader in His Excellency. In the short time that he had been the leader of His Majesty’s Government, he had already demonstrated a great deal of patriotism and commitment to the high office. The country was expecting a lot from Mr Dlamini who had already hit the ground running, particularly on issues of economic recovery and transformation.

May God continue to give this nation strength and resilience as it soldiers on in the fight against the deadly Covid-19 pandemic, which His Excellency championed until his untimely demise.
